APG Tech introduces triple-wavelength hair removal laser
APG Tech has announced the launch of the Epildream High Power Diode Laser 2000W, developed to support professional clinics and salons in delivering efficient and precise hair removal treatments.
The device is designed to treat a wide range of hair types, including those often resistant to traditional laser systems such as light, thin and blonde hair. Its triple-wavelength technology combines 755nm, 808nm and 1064nm wavelengths in a simultaneous emission, enabling effective treatments across all skin types, including tanned skin.
The Epildream 2000W features a 2000W optical power load, allowing practitioners to perform treatments more quickly while maintaining consistent results. The newly designed handpiece includes a 12x12 mm spot area, intended to optimise energy concentration while remaining lightweight for ease of use.
A key feature is its Macro-Channel Cooling (MCC) system, which has been developed to support both safety and durability. By using a customised coolant created by ALFAPARF Milano, the system avoids issues associated with traditional micro-channel cooling, such as algae build-up and power reduction.
With cooling temperatures reaching as low as -6°C, the Epildream 2000W is designed to enable consecutive treatments without thermal damage or interruption. The result is a device that supports consistent performance and enhanced treatment comfort in busy clinic environments.
