Dublin clinic introduces Byonik laser facials

Byonik non-thermal laser for skin rejuvenation treatmentsFacialist Sophia Woods has introduced Byonik non-thermal laser for skin rejuvenation treatments to her Dublin clinic.

The treatments are unique thanks to the device's pulse-triggered-laser technology which stimulates cell metabolism, protects telomeres and improves cellular function to effectively reverse the signs of ageing at a cellular level.

The Byonik three-step procedure activates skin cells, stimulating collagen and elastin production and enhancing the skin's microcirculation. At the same time, the specialised combination of Byonik Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Gels with antioxidants are absorbed into the skin. The antioxidants travel into the cells themselves and the HA is integrated into the cellular matrix.

As the Byonik is a non-thermal laser, there is no heat emitted at all, and the treatment can be carried out on the skin around the eyes. This laser is also ideal for pre and post invasive treatments such as surgery, fillers, peels and ablative lasers. It works in the same way to treat acne, scarring, eczema, rosacea and dark circles.

Commenting on introducing the Byonik non-thermal laser for skin rejuvenation treatments at The Facialist clinic, Sophia Woods says:

“I'm overly exciting to be the first to introduce the Byonik, pulse triggered low level skin rejuvenation laser to Dublin. One year ago, I began my research - to fill a gap in the Irish skin industry...This led me to Byonik, the first ever patented pulse triggered laser for skin rejuvenation. A unique Treatment with no downtime or pain dubbed the facial of 2020!

“The Byonik system takes pride of place on the trolleys of some of the UK's top dermatologists and celebrity facialists, therefore, it is only fair that it takes pride of place on my trolley also. To see the results that can be achieved, I'm excited to introduce it to the Irish market for those looking for healthier and happier skin. Here's to the ever clever clogs who designed this amazing machine and finally give the green light for treating all skins.”
