60th anniversary celebrations for aromatherapy pioneer
Today (29th July) marks 60 years to the day that Eve Taylor OBE started her business at her kitchen table, before going on to build her eponymous global aromatherapy skin care brand.
Renowned as one of the foremost authorities on professional aromatherapy, skin care and body care, Eve Taylor OBE pioneered modern aromatherapy developing original techniques and methods of teaching.
Since July 1963, Eve has travelled extensively educating 1000's of therapists and her role as an ambassador for the UK industry led to her being awarded an OBE (Officer of the British Empire) in 2008.
During that time she also raised five sons including Raymond Taylor (Production Director), Chris Taylor (Business Development Director) and Alan Taylor (Research Director).
Eve Taylor (London) remains a family business, and at 90 years of age Eve Taylor OBE is still working within the company alongside her sons.
