Jessica get their neon on with new polishes

Jessica have released three new neon hues to their Custom Colour family of nail polishes

. 

The three new shades, perfect for adding brights to autumn looks, include Fluorescent Flamingo (pink), Blazing Blue and Vivid Violet. 

For the best finish, Jessica suggest applying a base coat, three thin coats of polish and finish with a topcoat.
