Global salon owners attend annual Summit

Over 500 international salon owners and managers attended this year's Phorest Salon Owners Summit, held in Dublin recently.

Beauty business owners from Ireland, the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Australia and Finland attended the fifth annual business summit which boasted a line-up of industry speakers covering this year's theme of ‘Power Up'.

Speakers on the Main Stage included entrepreneur Jo Fairley, founder of the Green & Black's chocolate brand as well as owner of a beauty salon in Hastings in the UK. 

Best-selling author Ryan Holiday, former Director of Marketing at American Apparel, explained how salon owners can overcome obstacles in their business, whilst salon owner and educator Christina Kreitel shared advice on using Instagram to attract clients and build a personal brand.
